Dentist matters

Hi, I need to have extensive dental work done and coming here to ask if anyone has knowledge of the permanent dentures called click- tite , I think.
I heard about them and I think they are expensive but wondering if they are considered as consmetic dentistry or not. I didnt contact my insurers yet, just thought I would ask here first. The cost is about 5.000 to 6.000 for one jaw which is quite expensive. I also need about 6 implants and wondering if anybody knows a good dental surgery but not too pricy.
There is a dental clinic on Rue de la Loi but Im not sure if this is part of the EU commission or not.
