abusive neighbours are damaging the external part of my friend house.
because they are many of them she does not know how to prove it.
The reason of that is that they want buy her house to a very cheap price.
They go to their rufs from internal stairs to her ruf.
Hidden cameras would maybe be an idea to help ,where do you get them.?

Go talk to a lawyer.

There's no point in putting cameras up if you can't use the evidence in court. Privacy laws are strict here.

Any damage (I guess by "ruf", you mean "roof") - declare it to the insurance company and the police. EVERY TIME it happens.
