Diamond Ring Appraisal

Question

Where in Brussels can i get a Diamond Ring appraised?

I want a true appraisal. Some jewelers, if it's for insurance reasons, give the upper end of the appraisal, so you get more money if it's stolen etc...

Any idea how much an appraisal will cost? Do you get some sort of certificate to authenticate diamonds/ gold ?

Look to one of the diamond certification companies. HRD is based in Antwerp and their diamond certification is recognised around the world (others include GIA and IGI- I believe these are in America). Give HRD a call- they have been very helpful in my experience.
