I have a recent Samsung laptop NP350E7C, and inserted a CD in the drawer and pushed it in. Nothing happened; the drawer opens and closes but the CD seems to be stuck inside. Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to retrieve my CD?

CD drives used to have a small hole on the outside for that purpose, but looking my laptop, it doesn't have one! Anyway, if you find a hole on the outside of the panel, take a paper clip and insert it, it should release the catch.
