Thanks for all the answers to my question yesterday about how to go about selling the house without using an estate agent. What I really need to know is what documents I shall need to provide to the notary once a buyer has been found, and where I get these. Will certainly try Kingshotts.
From the archives
The notary will tell you for nothing - just ask him/her. The Kigshotts book was always incomplete and now it's way out of date.
