Donation of principal residence

Question

I posted this already but it has not appeared.
My question is has anyone had experience of donating their principle residence ( we only have one) to their children. Our Notaire is recommending we do this. We would pay the necessary tax and on our death(s) our daughter in Belgium would inherit without having to pay Succession tax.
However we have 2 children who are resident and domiciled in England and wonder if it also works for them without their having to pay ‘at theother end’ on receipt when the house is sold.
