Dont ever buy a Kitchen from Kvik in Waterloo

I wanted to warn the Xpats community about purchasing a kitchen from Kvik in Waterloo. I purchased a kitchen on March 31 2012 with the promise that it would be installed within one month and that the work surface would be installed one week later.
After numerous delays, closures due to holidays, and the general laziness and uprofessionalism of their staff, the kitchen is finally been installed today.......3 MONTHS LATER than promised.....but wait there is more.......they delivered to my house today with the wrong stove and the wrong extractor.....once again very professional.....
Lastly, the work surface will not be installed one week from today as promised in March but only at the END OF AUGUST!!!!

I have talked to the Kvik sales persons and managers and no one takes responsibility, there is no accountability and frankly a poor attitude as if they are doing us a favor by selling to us!!!

In short, 3 months late, they delivered the wrong appliances, the work surface will be a month late, the staff is unprofessional....my suggestion is to go buy your kitchen somewhere else!!
