It would probably help then if you stated when you want to travel, how many people you have travelling, how much baggage you have, and how much you're prepared to pay, etc., etc.

Legally, a private person cannot charge you for this. To do so would be to breach the T&Cs of their insurance contract. So if you pay someone "privately", you are effectively nullifying their insurance.
I think we can assume that Seedster doesn't plan to pay the going rate to travel and expects to find someone who will drive for peanuts....

I'm not really answering your question but I wonder how many realise that Weeze (Düsseldorf - a figment of Ryanair's imagination) airport is actually 70+ kms from the afore-mentioned Düsseldorf.
