Drivers Licence - Theory

A friend of mine recently sat the test in 'English', be warned, he paid extra to sit it in English, when he got to the test centre the awnser paper was in French and a man read out the questions in English, he wouldn't repeat questions and some of the translation was dodgy to say the least. We do not know if this is normal or not, he failed and will make sure he has done a bit in French for next time.
