hi!
I have a question regarding overtime,I have a fulltime job and sometimes they want me to work more than that. how many percent they will pay me during weekdays overtime and how many percent during weekend and public holidays ! I hope that someone will give me and advice about it!

I don't know about salary. But something you do need to know is what kind of employee are you.
1) If you are hired on a Belgian contract, then you are entitled to Belgian labor rights.
2) Embassies can hire local employees on non-Belgian local contracts. In which you would receive tax benefits, but you may not be afforded labor rights.
