Driving Licence B

Hi, my wife is Argentine and needs to get a Belgian driving licence B.
The Belgian authorities will not exchange her Argentine licence, so she has to do the theory and practical exams all over again. Does anyone have an English copy of the "Driving in Belgium from A to Z" that we can borrow/buy? If so please contact me: Matt 0471 734985. Thanks.
