Hi, I have a UAE ( DUBAI ) Driving license. Is it a big deal to change to a Belgian one? I do not want to loose them. Any special steps to take to change these? Does it take long?

Assuming that you're registered here in Belgium, then changing your driving license is straightforward. You go to the commune and they replace it with a Belgian one. As far as I'm aware, UAE licenses are recognized as equivalent and it's just a straight swap.
