You'll find oat bran at all major Carrefour shops (sold under french name of "son d'avoine" - not to be mistaken with "flocons d'avoine" that is oat flakes). Delhaize also started to sell it in some of its shops. Alternatively the majority of bio/healthy shops will stock it(10 days ago I bought a 750gr bag in the shop on the ground floor of Woluwe Shopping Center)
