Dynamic Yoga at Full Circle

Be energised by a dynamic yoga session with Emily. Inspired by BKS Iyengar's yoga tradition, she will guide you through the session whether you are fit or less so, young or senior, a beginner or a pro. Mats and materials will be provided. If you prefer to bring your own, please do.

!! After yoga, you are welcome to check out Full Circle's special Christmas market with local and Belgian designers. Warm mulled wine & traditional English mince pies served all day.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Emily von Sydow is a Brussels-based yoga teacher. Since the beginning of her practice about 20 years ago, she has seen yoga as a rigorous but joyful discipline and a lifelong path of learning. She gives 1:1, couple and group classes, and shares the benefits of the practice also with non-accompanied minors, adolescents and pre-adolescents refugees in Belgium. She successfully teaches them to use their bodies in new ways and find calm within.
