EasySyndic?
I own an apartment in small (4 apartments) building in Brussels. Our current syndic is expensive and provides dreadful communication. So together with my coproprieters we are considering switching to EasySyndic which claims to be the "cheapest in Belgium" and has a great website. I would be grateful for experiences of EasySyndic, good, bad or indifferent.
I checked them out once. I get the impression that their services are aimed at owners of buildings, who don't the hassle of managing large properties. With only four appartments, I would appoint someone from yourselves. I act as syndic for same size of building, it's really minimal time I spend on it.
I cannot recommend Easysyndic. We hired them last year, our experience is very bad. They don’t respond, they confuse clients and matters, they are not helpful.
