Electric scooter with eco-pass

Hi, Anyone has had good experience with any shop which sells electric scooters paid with eco-pass?
I have no clue about the recommendable brands for electric scooters. I am looking for one in the range of 1000-1250 EUR, a simple city type of scooter not for long distances. I hope it's possible to find one in this price range?
