Electrician

Hello,
Any suggestion/recommendation for qualified electrican - who understands English - to make electrics conform in an apartment in WSL/Kraainem area?
I understand job to be done is not large but to put in a new "electric trip-switch board" and replace some power sockets.
Are electricians in Belgium independent or are there companies to contact?
