Electrician/ Electrical Technician looking for work.

Hi guys, I was sent out here for 6 weeks in December of 2013 to help on a project (GSK Wavre) and my contract just kept getting extended but now the project is finally almost finished and now I want to stay.
I am however finding it difficult to find a job here due to my lack of decent French or Flemish. I have some knowledge of both but neither are good enough yet.
Is there an English language trades group or work agency that deals with trades people who are only fluent in English?
