Electrician who can sort out a door bell

Question

Does anyone know of an electrician who will deal with a door bell problem?
Might be a small job. Most of the electrician I spoke to said that its too complicated for them. Any suggestiosn appreciated. Can be a French or English speaker.
Thanks

Would suggest a new battery operated door bell at a fraction of the price, easy to fit and no electrician needed.
Such as https://www.brico.be/salle-de-bains-cuisine-int%C3%A9rieur/portes/garnit... from Brico

You give no clue as to what might be the problem beyond the obvious assumption that it doesn't work.
Have you checked anything? Could it simply be a wire which has worked loose?
I cannot believe that it is too complicated for an electrician; far more likely that they are not interested in a small job as they will have to charge the earth for a job which might only take minutes to fix.
Last year, I bought a wireless doorbell from Brico. The push sits where the original one did and the bell plugs into any convenient electric socket inside the house. I can't remember the price but it was certainly less than €50.00 and you won't get an electrician any cheaper.

Sounds like you possibly mean a parlophone system if electricians are running scared.

I had a problem with mine after renovating flats in the building. The builders removed the sets without recording the wiring connections - which are highly complex in the old systems. They couldn't fix it either.

However, Antonio sorted mine out - 0495 99 64 58 - although that's a few years ago now.
