electricity conformity after buying house
Hello, we bought our first home (built before 1932) last November. Electricity inspection (performed by the seller - company A) was negative and following our works we have asked for an inspection from company B and received a positive one. When I look at the sales agreement the relevant section states to perform the inspection by company which sellers used (company A). I overlooked during the drafting of the sales agreement. I try to double check the legislation but I fail to find. My question is: do we need to call company A for a second inspection?

I agree with J about asking your notaire, you won't be asked to pay any more for the advice.
However, the only time that you are likely to be asked for a certificate of conformity is if you have to make a claim on your insurance for, say, a fire or something else that might relate to your electrical installation. The insurance company aren't going to go back to the acte de vente, they will be quite happy that you have a valid certificate issued by an appropriate organisation.
