Energy certiifcate ot sell appartment

I will be putting my appartment on the market and realise that I nede to get an energy certificate. Can anyone recommed a company that provides these please? Also, I live in an appartment block with one massive shared boiler in the cellar - will the company need to see this boiler in order to provide the certificate? Thank you.
