energy providers Brussels

I am planning to move away from Luminus for gas / electricity mainly because contacting them to have questions answered is a nightmare, and what's worse is they almost insist on you buying extra services (boiler service). Any recommendations of good providers who are responsive and client oriented ? I have looked up sites (e.g. Test Achats) where they compare and provide best solutions, also with client scores (quite similar) and surprisingly they also can subscribe you to providers, which makes me wonder if their comparisons are really unbiased. Hence my enquiry to have some real experiences from users of energy providers in BXL. Thanks in advance.
