English speaking financial advisor/tax consultant re starting own organisation in Belgium

Hi All,

I received a job offer from a non-Belgian company who mistakenly thought I was set up as an independent here in Belgium. As a result, we are running into issues, in terms of them not wanting to pay more than they budgeted and me not wanted to receive less, netto, than we agreed. One way or the other, I will have to set up something here in Belgium - either register as an indpendent or set up some kind of company - ASBL, SNC, etc.

I'm hoping to find a reasonably priced financial advisor, with experience in advising on the best legal structure for business activities, and who speaks good English (I can speak French and Flemish, but for the legal aspects, it can get difficult!) and is located in either Overijse or east Brussels (eg Auderghem). Leuven, Wavre and Louvain La Neuve are also fine....
