English speaking plumber whose not on holiday this week?

Hi all
We are starting a renovation and in typical Belgian fashion the plumber who we'd had asked to cap some pipes has now stopped answering our calls or mails, despite the prospect of a large amount of work in a whole bathroom fitting. I urgently need a English speaking plumber whose about this week to cap old water pipes so I can get the new walls erect. Anyone know any who are working at the moment? I don't imagine it's a massive job because all the old plumbing is gone but don't want pipes sticking up in middle of new office area!
