The estate agent gets paid only if the place gets rented through them. If someone else finds you a tenant, they get nothing. So they are not going to volunteer to pay for an energy audit.
They should, however, be able to give the the phone number of someone who you can pay to do the audit.
But it's not reasonable to expect them to pay for it.
