Hi Everyone,
I have just seen an apartment on the ground floor of my building go up for sale. This apartment is smaller than mine and they are asking 440,000 euros (link Below). I bought my apartment 5 years ago for 275,000 euros. Are the estate agents in brussels mad? Does anyone know of a site where you can report the rogue estate agents...or just inform other buyers of the realistic prices of properties? Really this is just taking the piss. I thought of doing something like an award each month for the most outrageous priced property.

There's a professional organisation IPI (Institut Professionel des agents Immobliiers)where you can complain/report etc... They are supposed to chase un-professional agents and sue those that aren't. Also, you can check if the agent dealing with the appartment you mention is a member.
