European health form

Question

Hi my son 24 has just moved to Sweden and is being asked to provide a European health form to show comprehensive cover from outside of Sweden such as E106 E109E121 or S2
Has anyone any experience of trying to obtain these in Belgium where does one apply a Mutelle? What does one even ask for is there a specific name for
Such things here? He's intending to settlemthere permanently his girl
Grind is Swedish he is learning the language and has some Potential work
In the pipeline.
I'd know how and where to ask in the UK abut no clue here. He's lived here since 2011 but we are still British as is he. He did go away to
uni in the uk we have mutelle insurance
Any ideas anyone?

Any form won't do. For instance form S2 (replaced older E112) is issued when you want a specific medical treatment (with a diagnose, proposed treatment and price estimation) in another EU country and the bill should be settled between the two Health Funds.
Your son should ask for a clarification again in SE, perhaps a native speaker should do it on his behalf. Sometimes the local authorities are not competent enough and can't tell immediately what they need.
Then your BE mutuelle will be able to help you.

He needs a form S1 from the mutuelle, but the big question is "does he qualify" because if he doesn't the mutuelle won't issue the form, or they may issue it but only with a validity of 3 or 6 months.

Thanks for these replies we are awaiting a response from the mutelle the Swedish department just handed hi a list with obtain these on and one was this proof of cover.
If he isn't coveted can anyone recommend a place to get private health cover for year until he's in the Swedish system?
