Eurostar tickets

Question

Last month I travelled to London and my ticket was checked three times - immigration both side and also in the wagon. Has anyone had a problem with using a ticket bought secondhand from the Bulletin? I would like to sell one but don't want someone to be denied travel.

Have traveled regularly with Eurostar for the past 9 years and the only times I have had my ticket checked is when I have needed to exchange it - after the fire in the tunnel for example. Otherwise nobody has ever looked at my ticket so I'll read this thread with interest! Immigration has only ever checked my passport.
