Favourite bar in Brussels

In St. Gilles there is Maison du Peuple which is really relaxed to have a cocktail or afterwork drink (have a daily happy hour) and they also serve small bites http://www.maison-du-peuple.be/
Another classic in Ixelles is Cafe Belga at Flagey - they regularly have small concerts/live music http://www.cafebelga.be/

Would say all of those places have a good atmosphere and a good price value.
