Financial advisor needed

I'm seeking a good financial advisor, preferably who speaks English, though French is okay. I need advice regarding personal financial planning and investments as well as tax laws and filing procedures for both Belgium and the US. I have duel nationality (American/Belgian). Recommendations much appreciated!
