Fingerprinting collection

Good afternoon,

I am an American citizen and need to obtain criminal records from the States. Unfortunately, fingerprint submissions are required with the criminal history check and I cannot obtain fingerprint cards from the U.S. Embassy in Brussels.

Has anyone experienced this problem, and if so, please let me if you were able to find local agencies or facilities to assist with your fingerprinting needs?
