Fixed term savings account

Hello all,
Can anyone recommend a FIXED-TERM savings account with a decent interest rate? I've been looking around for one in order to get bang for my buck (or euro) and can't seem to find very much.
Alternatively, could anyone suggest a good financial adviser? One that isn't too pushy - bearing in mind that my own professional situation here is a bit up in the air (small matter of a referendum that has just been announced!)
