French Bank Credit
Hi !
I have run up a debt with a French Bank and the case has fallen into the hands of a Belgian Debt recovery company.
I have in the past being paying back but have fallen into arrears.
I have tried to contact the company but to no avail, I have had no reply from them anyway I try to contact them.
Any ideas anyone? Where does this leave the debt? I can only imagine that they will clearly try other means, but it has been over a year now.

You need to keep trying to get in touch with the company because the penalties and interest will be severe. They can work out a payment plan for you. Good luck
Keep proof of all your attempts at contacting them.
You could now either wait for them to contact you again and then ask for a payment plan or contact the bank directly to work out a payment plan.
If you can prove financial difficulty in repaying the debt, it could be reduced for you. If you do not have financial difficulties, you'll have to pay a hefty sum in accrued interest and administrative fees.
