French Language Courses - next in September?

Hi
I think I read on here that language courses run by various communes etc start twice a year, one being in September. Can someone confirm if that is correct? And are there various levels at which you can start? Or any website links? (my own commune is Etterbeek, though I don't mind travelling).

Basically, yes. Here's a link to my school (WSP). You start in September (registration begins in late August) or in January. Classes are large and ethnically mixed (also mixed ability groups are something normal, I must say as a teacher). If you've already had some contact with the language, you'll be asked to take a placement test.
