Question
Does anyone know of a service that will collect them and take them away, in Schaerbeek close to Diamant metro station.

Contact Bruxelles Propreté/Net Brussel and book a "collecte d"encombrants". You can book one free collection per year. There is sometimes a bit of a wait (2 weeks) and you have to take the stuff down to street level, but it is free.
