Getting money back from Groupon
Hi,
I was wondering whether anyone has had this issue before. I bought a product in March and after a long delay it arrived in mid April. Basically, it was not the same product as advertised (I kept the photo) in both look and feel. After checking that their policy was return within 14 days no questions asked, I got in touch. It started well enough. Hassan A sent me a list of questions to be answered and informed me later that a box will be passing by to collect the item. That was end of April. The box is still on the way apparently.
I suppose I could take it to their office in Brussels and make a scene or take them to court, but I am not very familiar with the 2nd option. It is not a whole lot of money - 56€ - but I hate it when someone tries to screw me.
Advice?
