getting rid of computer virus

No idea where you need to go in Brussels, but my daughter got a variant on this in Spain. It's also called the Ukash virus.

There are lots of sources on the internet showing how to remove it. Malwarebytes eventually did it for her, following the instructions here:

However, it's a pretty nasty virus, and does take some experience to remove.
