Getting UAE Work VISA

Question

Dear All,

I am a Indian citizen currently staying in Brussels on Work Permit. Now I have got an opportunity in Aby Dhabi and would like to apply for the VISA. Could you please guide me on this? Do I need to go to India to process the VISA?
I have the offer in hand already.

If you intend to work in the United Arab Emirates, you need to be sponsored by your employer and THEY, not you, would apply for your work and residence visa.

If you were a Japanese citizen wanting to work in India, would you ask on a Belgian website???
