Giving Notice to Landlord

Hi sorry I don't know if a standard form but so make sure you send your letter by recorded mail to show when it arrived.

The notice should be in the same language as your contract but there is no standard format. It just has to say when you plan to leave.
Recorded mail is one way to send your notice but, unless it is specified in your contract, it is not necessary. By far the safest method is to print out 2 copies and get one copy signed and dated by your landlord as proof of receipt of the other.
