Gluten Free food
I haven't seen much in the regular grocery store; maybe 2 shelves. Gluten free food, fat free, sugar free are all hard to find! I have had to adjust most of my recipes to accommodate what is available. You may want to try the store that I linked below. It's an all natural and organic store.
Good luck!
My local DELHAIZE has a range of pre packaged Breads etc.

I often stock up when in the UK and do bulk orders via Amazon UK.

Great selection of gluten-free and lactose-free products in Shanti, ave, Adolphe Buyl, 1050 Ixelles, 25 tram, near ULB, university. Or health food shop on ground floor of Woluwe Shopping Centre, metro Roodebeek. Check out other health food shops - lots of them around. Depends on where you live.
Also at Colruyt in Woluwe Saint Pierre (corner between Avenue de Tervuren and Bd de la Woluwe), you have a shell with glutenfree products (just in front of chocolate).
