good doctor needed

Since 3 days ago, Ive had the most horrible pain in my upper front part of the right arm from where the shoulder meets the arm running right down to my inner elbow. It started like a small sprain, then got worse. yesterday could not lift hand to eat. theres a constant nagging pain, sleeping is difficult. I live in Watermael and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good doctor not too far off. English speaking one preferably, but I do speak French too.Thank you. Any advice on the arm pain?
been taking volteran K pills for the pain. It actually seems not too bad now.still a nagging pain but not so piercing anymore.Thanks!!
