Good English speaking doctor
Try geomed.be - put in your commune then check each doctor to see if they speak English. I know from experience that many of the doctors at Clinique St Michel advertise on the website if they speak English and am sure that other polyclinics will do likewise. Google search came up with other lists from ISB and US embassy as well. Recommendations are always subjective - you may hate one that I get on with.
Any Dutch-speaking doctor is likely to be able to speak English.
Dr. Bakhshyan is good in my experience - she's near Maelbeek metro station:
Irish and Polish Geordie.

This is one of the many items that the CHS is for.
They have a listing of English speaking Doctors, Dentists et cetera.
I doubt CHS would even know about most of the English speaking docs in Brussels. Their info is heaps out of date.
Shortof,
Yes they know some of their information is a little dated, but they do rely on volunteers to keep the info up to date and I am sure they would appreciate your expertise.
I can recommend Dr Willemot. Her English is excellent and she s very kind. She has treated me, my son and my mum ever since I came to Brussels over 14 years ago and has many native English speaking patients.

I usually go to the Etterbeek Medical Center to see Dr Ivan Boucher, he never had a problem with me not being able to speak French, always explained everything with excellent English. You don't need an appointment to see him. (Check website first)
I can also recommend Dr Willemot. Her English is excellent as is her French & Dutch. She has many native English speaking patients and many Japanese.
