Good school in or around brussels

Question

Hi,

I have heard that if you want to get a place in a good school in Brussels or around you need to start looking for one soon and register. I have a 15 months old daughter. We are from india and we speak in both indian and englsih language with her. I would really want her to learn english and french both. I have heard that there are many good british schools in brussels, but they are quite expensive, so I am not able to decide what will be good for her to start with a bilingual school (french and english) or only english school as we don't know how long we are going to live in belgium.

Can anybody share their experience and suggest me the best schools where i can get my daughter registered based on their experience.
Does anybody know if there are any good english schools but not very expensive ones (assuming our company will not pay for the fees)

Thanks in advance.

J

Go French for school, keep up the English and Indian (Hindi?) - be onsistant - one language for each parent, and she will grow up fully trilingual.
.
It's a very unique opportunity you have here to give your child such a gift. I would not recommnd an English of international school at this age. Just not necessary. And IMHO, local schools are better at dealing with kids who speak a diferent language at home.
