I used to cook with ground turkey (i.e. dinde haché) in the U.S. I've looked in several supermarkets in Brussels and have asked at a few butchers as well, but have only found ground chicken, which isn't the same. Has anyone seen ground turkey for sale in Brussels?

Any poulterer or butcher who sells turkey will do it for you with a day's notice. I mince it myself now, but was always able to get it this way before.
