need to buy a cheap gsm for visitors coming to stay in belgium for a month. They want cheap phone with pay and go, no contracts. Will ditch the phone after trip so does not need to be fancy. Will be used for phone calls only. Where is good place to buy a cheap gsm and pay&go sim card? Thanks
