Guy fawkes
This is going back a few years now, and I have no idea if they still do it, but the British Scouts used to do a firework event every year for Guy Fawkes. You could try and contact them here:
I doubt that still happens they used to use BSB who are now mega secure about who they allow onto their campus. I'm not clear they have any other site that they can use.
Also Y as guy fawkes is and English thing I'm unclear why anyone local would celebrate it
