Handyman to hang mirror and picture

Hello Everybody,

I need to hang a mirror and picture on the wall. The wall is concrete. Thus a special drilling machine is needed. Can anyone recommend a good handyman to do this?

you could by a sky hook from any brico this way you dont have to drill into the wall?
