Hello to all

From my entering in Belgium it has been 5 years and I am living inside Belgium in during 5 years, So I need guidance about to change my I’d card A to B card or something else but my I’d card still is valid till 2022. Before I had Orange card then I got A card for 5 years, my question is can apply for B card or something else if still my I’d card is valid or I have to wait till expiration of my I’d card?
