Help with the charges.
Question
On our quarterly charges, there is a charge called the "Frais Generaux", what I want to know is- what does this general charge exactly cover? and which part of this charge does the tenant pay and what does the landlord pay?
Also can someone explain what "regularisation chauffage et eau - clé de repartition indiv" covers .

on "frais generaux": If you rent your apartment, these costs will normally be divided between those which need to be paid by the owner (for instance, bank and mail charges, fire insurance,...) and tenant (payment to building administrator, cleaning or maintenance, some taxes,...).
on the second one, I havean idea but not sure so leave it to others
