Help organisation for ex pats in brussels

Question

I rememnber there was an organisation staffed by volunteers in Brussels, that would give advice, support, therapies etc. but cannot remember the name nor how to contact them.
Can any one help, please

CHS is NOT free, it is very very expensive, only their initial help line is which then recommends the expensive therapists!
